Blue Smarties
You guys have a sense of humour.
I never picked it up until i read an article in a popular magazine where the query came up in a letter from a reader in Alaska. Nothing seems to have been posted on GS either.
For those of you not in the know which appears to be everyone, myself included.
According to a advert for the Triarri RTU you can even attach blue smarties to the quad rail. Perhaps thats for when there is a lull in the fighting a handy snack can be close at hand to get the blood sugar up again.
Well done guys!

Re: Blue Smarties
Well... they think that nobody saw it, until now. I can assure them that I did read it! However, figuring that whoever put it there must have been smoking something, I didn't bother to mention it to them.

Re: Blue Smarties
I heard blue smarties is a extremely hightech aiming mechanism. Expensive but worth it.

Re: Blue Smarties
Amusing how many people all of a sudden saw it without commenting, after the fact...

Re: Blue Smarties
legend has it that there was a dispute about print size and placing and the effectiveness there of. The Blue Smarty thing was to test for response/query. Evidently they got neither for a very long time. None of above is verified or such, but about a month ago our local garage meeting had this as one of the interesting's brought up.

Re: Blue Smarties
the blue smarties aiming mechanism? it is awesome, clarity is great half a minute aiming point. 8x magnification while still able to use both eyes open.

Re: Blue Smarties
I only noticed after reading about the whole thing in the current Magnum Magazine.
I suspect though that a few people saw it, but couldn't be bothered to go to the trouble of phoning Bernhard Agencies and enquiring about it.Sent electronically, thus not signed.
