screaming like a girl even while attacking is amazingly usefull too..

eg shout dont hit me , stay away from me while laying it on hard with an ASP causes a huge amount of confusion for the attacker and creates an alibi with onlookers for when the cops come for statements

One thing that freaks me a bit out with knives is the possibility of getting his blood anywhere near mine. this also particularly applies to rape scenarios.

This is a concern but I think we need to focus on surviving the encounter first and then rely on rapid modern medical intervention to reduce the risk of blood borne pathogens
