What region has the biggest kudu?

I'm pretty sure you'll find some big Kudu just over the border in Botswana (Tuli Block), some of the farmers have been bragging about plenty 60+ inch kudu but i don't trust their measuring skills. I'm pretty sure the same kudu can be found along the Limpopo River on the South African side (Platjan/Swartwater). Would really love to hunt in South Africa but need to get a rifle first. I don't really measure horns as i mostly hunt for meat/farm rations. Most areas that are not over hunted will have big kudu's.

I have seen big kudu's in Ottoshoop outside of Zeerust, Plenty of large kudu's outside of Steenbokpan especially the farms bordering the river.
