Sword for sale - Guntree

Howzit guys so I spotted this sword on guntree, I have exactly the same thing that by dad bought in Sudan about 20 years ago. Now question is, is this thing really that old and worth R4k ?

you have a tuareg broad sword there. they were styled on crusader swords that found their way into Arabic-Islamic life after the Crusades. As to the value I can't say, but maybe contact the SA knife makers guild for guidance.
