Good morning Folks,

I found these (stats and tables for different calibres) on the net, but only just saw that they are from 1998. It still gives a very good impression of what various FA's could do. Please pay attention that, in quite a few cases, the bullets penetrated better in denim clad gelatine than in bare gelatin. That means the chances of a through-and-through shot in a SD situation is very realistic.

Read the info on that site. The numbers are useless without proper proper interpretation.

Interesting that in some instances the clothing causes more penetration and expansion and other times less expansion.

You're most probably right. I've read that the FBI conducted tests a few times. This was the first time I saw results.
