Awesome post thanks .How about training to shoot the upper chest area (of course nothing is perfect) say from the nipples to the base of the throat? In lay mans terms. I realise this is not as easy as it sounds. Tims

That's not a good place to get shot.. So yes! Difficult to approach via surgery and there are some big vessels there. The only problems are the shoulder girdle with the clavicle and scapulae (should blades). They are strong enough, if hit, to reduce the energy of a bullet.
