Competency Submission Process ??

Am I correct in thinking that Competency applications are only sent up North (to CFR) once your references have been interviewed - seeing as the interviews form part of the Competency application form?

Last week my local DFO (seems to be a very nice guy) said I should bring the completed Competency forms photos, certificates and references through by Monday morning this week to ensure that they were taken through to Bellville for sending to CFR on Wednesday.

So I did, handing them in on Monday Morning this week. My question now is surely in order to take the forms to Bellville for sending to CFR my references should have been contacted and interviewed before Wednesday?

Unless they have been sworn to secrecy for some reason, I don't think any of my references have even been contacted yet, let alone interviewed. I'm starting to think the process is already being delayed, and it hasnt even started yet.

Perhaps they didn't even interview them and its already on its way to CFR.
