    Default Pacific Rim

Saw the trailer for this last night, must say looks pretty good! Anyone else seen the trailer? Seems like a "Godzilla" on steroids type movie easy watching ;)

I watched in 3D in a cinema with volume I can only describe as 'ear splitting'. Honestly, I was wishing for my ear pro. It was overwhelming. The movie was what I wanted, mindless fx and entertainment - actually better than average in that regard I reckon.

I watched in 3D in the new atmos theatre, The movie wasn't as good as I had hoped, the FX were awesome, sound was perfect I'm not saying I wasted a night out just saying that I expected better. It's not something I would hurry to watch again, perhaps I have simplistic taste, I did absolutely LOVE Die Hard 5 A good day to die hard. :)
