Hunting opportunities for handgunners

My apps are in for a 5" SBH, a 7.5" SBH, both .44 Magnums, as well as a 7.5" Single Six .22 (yeah I know - luckily they all look the same so my lovely wife may take a while to figure out I bought 3 wheelguns instead of only 1 as she is for some unkown reason under the impression of....)

While I eagerly await Big Brother's nod of approval and ensuing pieces of white plastic, can anyone tell me what the average game-farmer's attitude is to handgun hunting? Is it a challenge to find a farm that allows handguns, or do all/most farms that allow rifle-hunting, also allow handguns?

Most farmers aren't to big on it I have found, but if you have built a relationship with them and you have shown that your a ethical hunter they will allow.
There's three farms in my area where they allow me to hunt with handgun, but I only started using the handgun after the farmer had confidence in me.
They generally don't like it because they don't know it and the chance to f&%k it up multiplies considerably.

Hog, have you checked the hunting ordinance for the provinces you hunt in?

I know hunting with semi auto rifles are illegal, but not sure about semi auto handguns.
