    Default bore and patch guide

    Is it necessary to use a bore and or patch guide when cleaning a rifle? or is it not really required?

    I would highly recommend that you do use a bore guide! To many rifles damaged by cleaning rods!

    So a bore guide is good enough?
    I see you also get a bore guide with this extra 'patch' guide thing which collects the excess oil and stuff?

    I don't worry about the patch catcher! U could put 2lt coke bottle on the end if you want to!
