Have not seen a MK23 but I am thinking of something more practical like a HK45 with the same trigger setup as my USP (DA/SA/HD).

It'll probably be the MR223: pretty much identical to the MR556A1, proofed to shoot 5.56 so 223 is just a PC name. I doubt we'll see HK416: Germany doesn't export military rifles for civilian end users if I recall correctly. You can get 416's in the US though, probably because they are also built there.
