    Does anybody here see this as a good piece of kit?
    Would you make space in your BOB or vest for this thing?

    Granfors Bruks is a moer of an axe. I would require a single point detachable sling for that.
    I reckon when bullets are up that blade would make a formidable weapon!!!

    If I am not mistaken I saw a few at safari and outdoor in Pretoria a while back. Very nice axes!!

    Why carry an axe, when you can just get yourself a Cold Steel Espada...


    But back to the thread, I suppose I would add either of those axes to my kit, once I get some extra cash again

    I have the cold steel shovel, very nice multipurpose tool. beats the hell out of those crappy tri-fold shovels.
