My latest knife made by Ras Venter, Pretoria
Damasteel, Rose with Elephant Ivory
Custom made with specific steel and ivory.

I have big hands and always struggle to find a folder with enough grip. This one though suits me like a glove.

I prefer to keep knives that can hold an edge and that are practical to use. The beauty aspect of it purely enhances the pride of ownership, and determines the ranking on my favorites list. This one currently on the top of the list for daily carry in my 'goody' (read moffie) bag. For working meat I've got a very nice SMITH fixed blade damascus steel.
