Spyderco Civilian Sharpening
Hi guys,
Does anyone know where I can get the civilian I bought sharpened,I got it off gumtree and would like to make sure its super sharp.
Its the ATS-55 version.
Sharp Edge in Sandton say their sharpening machine is broken and don't know when it will be operational again.
I bought a lanksy blade medic to try but I don't think I've done a very good job with the serrations, I'd rather just pay someone to do it correctly.
Thanks
Kevin

Re: Spyderco Civilian Sharpening
When I bought my Lansky I got a stone that is for sharpening the serrations. It works okay. If you are looking for uber sharp then professionl sharpening is the way to go I suppose but I have never had it done before. I have the Spyderco Delica and I get it pretty darn sharp with the Lansky and some patience.

Yes, I'd like a pro to get it done, at least I know its the best its gonna be and I can forget about it as I won't be using it to cut anything.
