No Idea Dit.... All I can tell you is that I hand tighten mine on my Tikka T3.
So I would also like to know what the torque settings are.

    depend on the make/stock material.
generally, anything between 25 - 45 inch pounds for wood/synthetic stocks, 65 inch pounds for stocks with pillars/alu bedding block/chassis........but is it necessary?
with my Tikka (plastic stock), if I torque it to 45 inch pounds, it deforms the plastic trigger guard, the rear action screw actually go in too deep and catch the underside of the bolt.
no problems with 35 inch pounds.

My one HOWA (243Win in Laminated Sporter stock) started the habit of loosening up after a few shots (unpredictable as to how many shots...) - so I took "nut lock blue" and sorted it with hand tight torque, so far it is holding up. And I would go little bit front, little bit rear, until they lock up to the same hand tight torque.

Many gunsmiths have historically advised to tighten "hand tight" only.... check regularly.... same procedure as scope mounts for me.
