I must be careful what I say because I'm not familiar with Warren sights. But if it is American as I suspect, I doubt very much that it is bsw. BSW means British Standard Whitworth. Whitworth threads have a 55 degree included flank angle. Our American friends have confused a lot of things besides language. They use the same TPI (threads per inch) system as the British, but the flank angle is 60 degrees like metric. Consequently they are not interchangeable with either metric or Whitworth threads. That's why I doubt 5/32 bsw. Just drill 'em out and tap them metric !
