SAPS 539

I have a silly question to ask. i have 4 firearms i need to apply for licences for now. however i would like my father to try apply for a 539 to store them for me while i wait for my licences. I currently dont have any guns in my name so prusume they wont give it to me? my father does though....

Can someone tell me? ::)

Do you have a safe that will pass approval? Do you have the SAPS issued compentency card? If yes, that seems to be the criterea that is required for the SAPS 539. It is also not a long process and it took me 5 min to get mine signed off by the DFO.
