I must humbly apologise to Dick for referencing his name without asking his permission. I was caught-up in the moment of writing, and sent the letter off without asking him. That was not very good of me at all.

I've only just noticed this six months late. Shows how little attention I've been paying. Anyone is free to use anything I've said or written. I'm only too happy when it can be used to strike a blow. I'm also happy to back it up if it should be challenged. For example, Peter Hammond and I forced that admission from Sheena Duncan on Radio 786 in June or July 1999. I have the exact details somewhere. There are so many examples of GFSA mendacity that you'd expect the media to dismiss them. It is frustrating, indeed distressing that that is not so.
