Just as a matter of interest, I pasted Paul's long letter that begins "Gun Owners SA is unsurprised and alarmed that our fears regarding the Firearms Control Act and it's disastrous implementation have been realized. That's what I'd deduced from the other link, but ward 18 is Eldorado Park (South West JHB). I'm in the East ;) ... so full of confusions.

If you just put suburb in here (http://maps.elections.org.za/vsfinder/) it opens up a map for you to find your ward.

Maybe try that?
