    Question Dry Fire Drill Routine Help

    Found this link on an older thread http://pistol-training.com/archives/5185
    Keen to give this routine a try, but im a noob to the terms etc.

    Can someone please explain to me what the abreviations at the ends are?

    1. 20 reps of Wall Drill from extension, 2H
    2. 5 reps of Wall Drill from extension, SHO
    3. 5 reps of Wall Drill from extension, WHO
    4. 20 reps of Wall Drill from press-out, 2H
    5. 5 reps of Wall Drill from press-out, SHO
    6. 5 reps of Wall Drill from press-out, WHO

    And what is TRB and LRW?
    1. 10 reps of TRB (or other in-battery clearance), 3/4 speed, 2H
    2. 5 reps of LRW (or other out-of-battery clearance), 3/4 speed, 2H

    Thanks in advance!

    2H = two hands
    SHO =Strong hand only
    WHO = weak hand only
    TRB = tap, rack, bang
    LRW = lock, rip, work

    If you are keen on dry fire, take a look at Ben Stoeger's books..

    That routine will get boring really quickly and only has an incredibly limited value.

    You can start on his sample chapter of his new book if you want something free to start with:
