Visitors should report to first range and then either shoot there or with ROs permission can go to a less restricted range.

That's a general comment not a specific warning, Springer :-)

If there's a bearded fellow shooting a 300 WinMag up on the rifle range, come say hello.

If he's shooting the Peregrines you'll ID him by the donations box standing next to the rifle....

Donations box. Should have thought about that.

Yup, loading as we... erm... speak. Off to see what bling Safari offers at 10% off, that might get loaded too.

I didn't stop in as I was unsure of whether I would be able to shoot after Yeti said
Just not too sure how they will take to your "warming up your new handgun" though
I will make sure I go there with a member soon.

Not to sound like a wanker, but i would rather have taken the advice of people who shoot there regularly.

Visitors range is always open and if you clear it with the head range officer you can shoot in one of the other specified ranges. Let me know if you want to pop by one day while there is idpa/DMG/steel challenge and I can show you around

They are quite friendly and I've been on their visitor's range many a times unannounced, just don't expect to be able to do any movement, holster draws etc. Static from the bench only.

I'll take the advice for next time and ask nicely to shoot at one of their other ranges.
