Hi Tommie, I bought 2 holsters from him for my Duty, he gave me a good price and his customer service was excellent. I asked if he could do me a Hybrid in Carbon Fibre instead of Kydex, 2 days later I picked it up and couldn't be happier its extremely comfortable i have to check every now and again to see if it is still there.

Hi Tommie the retention is excellent and it is also adjustable.

Why? I've seen a few places use CFRP for holsters. Not nearly as popular as Kydex but not that uncommon.

It is probably a product called Holstex. From the web "premium DIY thermomould sheet, carbon fibre/tactical texture"

Or it could be the same "carbon fibre" you see on some citi golfs in RSA
