Work PC... with strict-ish IT crowd. So no, unlikely...

See if it's even on iPad there's something dodge going on!

Me, I'm "somewhat" suspicious of ads that doesn't say much, especially when who and what is advertised is not declared. No other ads on GS look like that, which makes me wonder if it's an "agreed on" ad with Admin, or one that magically appeared.
