1911 Repaired

Good morning Rescomp

Just want to thank you for the work done on my 1911. Prior to the repairs I had 2-3 FTFs, FTEs per 7 round magazine. I shot about 50 rounds through it last Saturday and only had one ejection issue, but think it was due to my friend limp wristing it it.

The new Wilson Combat mags I got from Dinat and reloading insight from 1911 also helped resolving the problem.

Please give Marcel a pat on the shoulder. He did good work and I will definitely bring it back in the future to do the other mods on my list.

Glad to hear that gun is up and running. You going to compete in a bit of CDP now I assume? After the important other stuff is done of course.

Probably not this year. I still need to upgrade the sights, when I have money again

. The sights are quiet a bit different to the Shadow's and I shoot reasonably accurate taking my time, but shooting faster proves to be a problem.

I might shoot a classifier with it and see how it goes.
