I'm looking for a knife-grinding factory.

Hi everyone.
I'm new to the gunsite and am hoping that someone here can help me with my question.
I'm looking for a factory that can do CNC grinding of knife blades, possibly running into higher batch to mass production, preferably in the Johannesburg area.
There are endless custom knifemakers, but I'm specifically looking for precision mass-production. Additionally, if they can do related assembly, such as applying grip panels or manufacturing sheaths, that would be ideal.
