Pure speculation, not saying it is the case here but a lot of the "accidentally shot self while cleaning gun" incidents are intentionally self-inflicted. They are covered up for a number of reasons

Great Thread guys. The skinny medic video was informative. Are chest seals readily available? Got some TQ and basic med kits from Meddev a year or two back, but they didnt mention chest seals. Is the packing material a regular bandage or is it specifically designed for wound packing? Thanks for taking the time to inform us lay folks.
