Nobelteq Ammo
Who's had experience with Nobleteq ammunition? Any thoughts on how it would rate compared to NGA? Specifically in .40S&W.

Re: Nobelteq Ammo
If its worse than NGA, it must be really pathetic! Never shot Nobleteq, but I won't put a .40 NGA round through my gun. 9mm maybe, but damn sure not 40. I've found cracked cases that were reloaded, dead primers inside loaded cartridges (I pulled a couple once) and they vary in load quite substantially.
NGA's quality control went from so-so to bad over the last five years or so. One of the gunshops that I frequent told me they took in four pistols in a week, all popped with NGA stuff. I have no details on what caliber pistols they were, but it seems NGA either got their powder mixed up a bit or double charging was the word of the day that day.
Be careful with 40/45 reloads. 9mm can't really be overcharged when using MP200, but 40...a different beast.

Re: Nobelteq Ammo
The 9mmP was "very good" in my G17 (0 problems +- 500 rounds fired) up until they recently switched to another type of bullet and started using less/another type of powder. Now it does not function well at all in my gun and I started reloading.

Re: Nobelteq Ammo
Actually it was the very un-magic Colt officers that normally always gave me shit ,that I put them through. ;D
