Well, seeing as so few citizens fight back, behaviour like this shouldn't really surprise us. Good on the unnamed resident, hope he doesn't get a "return visit" and that if he does, he still has a suitable firearm to defend his own.

Lucky the resident was a FA owner because step 2 of the GFSA home defense manual after shouting a warning is to piss and shit yourself.

The BG's probably came back thinking he only shouted as per GFSA and he isn't armed thus he is a soft/easy target.

Even head shots isn't always a given.
