    It is a total F@cking nightmare! I have had a competency refused and it is almost 2 months later with no reason supplied yet!!!

    I also could not get through since yesterday evening. Phoned my local DFO, only to be informed that the apps I handed in on 10 June, will go to Provincial today. That included a Sec 21 app, which means it is URGENT!
