Wanted- pistol grip stock for a Mossberg Maverick 88
Who would the best dealer be to contact WRT a pistol grip stock for an M88? not just a pistol grip but one that has like an AR style stock. Mossberg 500 stocks fit too (not worried about changing the fore-end)
Anyone care to share pics of their mavericks that they've done this change to? TIA

Re: Wanted- pistol grip stock for a Mossberg Maverick 88
so far I've found this available locally and I quite like, but it doesn't seem to be adjustable for Length

which led me to this other FAB product which is length adjustable and has a recoil buffer

The fab defence stock is great - RHT had the non shock absorbing one in stock a week or so ago.

The Magpul stock fits perfectly, it is adjustable for LOP, semi pistol grip but it does not fold.
And you can change out the front if you order two parts from the USA.

Re: Wanted- pistol grip stock for a Mossberg Maverick 88
So I went for the Fab Defense UAS-500 and I am very happy with it so far. Easy to fit and feels very solid from the folding stock to the cheek riser. Makes the shotgun feel a lot more controllable IMO. The LOP is about 1,5" shorter than the standard mossberg stock (just an eyeballed guess, didn't measure precisely) The pistol grip is a good fit for me, but guys with very big hands might find it a little small. One odd thing is that there are 2 different sized allen bolts- 1 to attach the pistol grip to the shotgun, and another to attach the stock to the pistol grip. The rubber recoil pad on the Fab is a lot stiffer than the original Mossberg pad.
I also bought the AG 47 Fab Defense grip for my Saiga so I'll have consistency between them there. They have a nifty storage compartment built in.
