broken lug on bolt
Hi Guys
I am new to the site so hoping this is in the correct section. (i also hate for this to be amongst my initial posts)
I am the proud owner of an NEA-15 (14.5"), which i absolutely love and it shoots like a dream. It is a 2011 model.
Yesterday at the range, after the first few shots, it seems the lug on my bolt has broken off. Ammo used was milsurp. Round count is just under 1000. I am gutted!
Suggestions from forum members on next steps?

Suggestions from forum members on next steps?
There are known to be intermittent issues with the 2011 guns. I would expect it to resolved quick as members have reported excellent service from the importers

Re: broken lug on bolt
Where'd ya buy it?
If from or via Tac SHAC we hold replacement bolts to swop out. If via any one else you may have to contact Honeybadger/Hailstorm (tip: Jacque is not at the shop on Mondays) for swop out."Always remember to pillage before you burn"

Re: broken lug on bolt
Just to report back. Spoke to Jacques at Hailstorm as advised - very helpful gentleman. He will be sending me a new bolt.
What awesome service! No fuss. No hassles. Thanks all for the advice

Re: broken lug on bolt
Should be just an empty bolt (with ejector and extractor assemblies). There's nothing wrong with the BC, and the firing pin, split pin and cam pin are removed in order to take the bolt out of the BCG. Just put them back in your new bolt as you reassemble and all is well.
