Exactly my opinion.

I wonder if these preppers prepare themselves for more likely eventualities. Do they have the best insurance possible, bets medical aid schemes, send their kids for the best education etc. Or is preparing for real eventualities not cool enough, after all you telling people view many tins of ammo and baked beans raises more eyebrows than telling them about your medical aid schemes ability to pay for your chemotherapy.
