licence/permit authorirasation number

howzit guys

I am busy filling in my firearm application and on page 5/12 they ask for a licence/permit authorisation number of firearms in your posseession. Which number on my card licence do i use. The short number in front (photograph side or the long number at the rear(fingerprint side).

They also ask for competency certificate number. i have two competency numbers, one for rifle,shotgun and pistol and another one for semi auto rifle. only space for one on application form. do i just put in one or write both in . (the second just below the block provided)>

Put in the relevant competency number or both. The card number is the one on the back.

What if one of my licenses is a green license? What do I use as a Licence/permit/authorization No?

Another one of the ridiculous situations where you are required to provide them hand transcribed information they are the creators and custodians of. Most of what gets filled in to a 271 falls squarely into that category.

I wrote each competency nr out in the respective area and then wrote the nr at the back of the card as the license, permit or authorization nr.
