AFAIK it is Neoprene. Same stuff they use to make wetsuits.

The outside has some sort of rubbery coating, though.

Any suggestion on where I can find Sticky holsters in Pretoria or online? I see iWarehouse has some in stock, but I've never dealt with them before.
I think it will be my xmas present to myself.

I got mine from iwarehouse. No issues in dealing with them.

They initially had no stock, phoned me and asked if they could help me choose a different holster, or whether I wanted to wait for the one I ordered.
