NICYALE: UNEXPECTED FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!!!

Hi,

Nicyale recently informed us of a newly available IWB Fobus holster. I had a look at the youtube clip on the thread, liked the look of the fobus and gave my LGS a call to order the holster for my G19.

Due to a slight misunderstanding, my LGS informed me that Nicyale only has holsters for the G26 in stock.

I sent Nicyale a PM requesting them if they could perhaps refer me to another GS who may have ordered G19 holsters recently so that I could pick up one from them if they had in stock. I included my cell number.

To my delightful surprise I received a call from Nadine. She informed me that a salesman had erroneously informed my LGS that the holster was not in stock. Apparently the holster works for both the G19 and G26.

Despite the fact that I appreciate that mistakes can happen in any business, Nadine offered to send the holster by speed services...free of charge! Wow!

Despite my genuine attempts to get her to agree that I should pay for the holster or at the very least, the postage, she would have none of it.
