The Elvex Brand of Eye-ware exceed the ANSI Z87.1-2010 (+) high velocity impact requirement and Us Military Standard Mil-PRF-31013 Ballistic Vo Test.


What do these standards mean?

• The ANSI Z87.1-2010 has an impact speed of 150 fps of a .25 calibre diameter steel ball.
• The MIL-PRF-31013 is a 5.8grain .15 diameter steel projectile at an impact speed of 640-660 Feet per second.

They represent good functional quality that will protect your eyes and have great styling too whether on the Range, EDC, Driving or Reloading.


Consider that eye protection is as critical off the range especially whilst driving.

In the event of an accident your seatbelt and the glasses should reduce your injuries.

Not these specific models.

We have some Over-the-Glass eyeware inbound.

These will fit over most Rx eyeware. However we do not list the product until its on the shelf.
