Thats Gideon du Toit, did CQB training with him, well worth it

I still train with him, great guy. We primarily focus on CQB, kn ife work and also getting physically fit. Great set of guys train there with different levels of fitness and fight expertise. There are a few ladies as well that train with Gideon.

I've trained with him, realistic useful combatives, easy to learn programme. Gids is probably one of the most humble instructors out there.
