Where can I find a deep concealment pocket clip for a Native? In the picture it has a Benchmade logo on it? Is it modified to fit or is it just coincidence that it fits?

try Kings in Durban, they have a great selection of knives and awesome cabinet of Syderco goodies. if they cant help or point you in the right direction, get hold of Syderco directly. i needed a few srews and a clip, which arrived shortly after emailingSyderco directly

Google Casey Lynch. He makes them for a few dollars and posts them to you. Makes them from Titanium. I have one and it is amazing!
