    Default new ipsc club and range

    hello all
    an interim working committee has been formed to look into starting an ipsc club on the lower south coast .
    range should be ready in the next 2 weeks or so.
    Range located in izotsha area.
    plan is to start a club and then register with ipsc kzn and sapsa.
    looking for sairo accredited RO's.

    thanks ,it is a long road and lots of bumps but were determined to promote the sport.

    Yes I heard of developments when I was at simms when I was down there. Wishing you the best. I think you will flourish because that area is saturated with guys who shoot clays. You should hit a niche.

    IDPA/ SADPA club would be much easier to start.

    Train up a few SO's over a weekend and you good to go. Will take you 2 days over a weekend to get the Safety Officers trained up.

    Us IPSC show you IDPA guys respect by not butting in on your stuff... show us the same respect will you? Thanks.

    I suggest you get in contact with the IPSC guys from Toti. Sure they would help out where possible!

    Would you mind shedding some light on this? It is always interesting for me to hear what it is people are having problems with getting clubs going.

    not in the negative .
    what I meant was there are lots of criteria to be met and getting people committed to help in getting things going.
    i am a member of colt in verulam ,and we are getting lots of support and assistance from them.
