    Nice story..
    Would be nice to know what your rifle is capable of under such ideal conditions.
    Regarding the shoulder / stockbutt pressure: What he is saying about not touching the butt with your shoulder only applies if you have a benchrest type stock, where the bottom of the fore-end and the bottom of the stock are parallel to each other and recoil in a straight line backwards. Try that with your hunting rifle stock and you will have some seeerious vertical stringing and more..
