A small silver lining, is that if they are still interested in addressing challenges in the Firearms Registry, it by default must mean that there is a continued role for the Firearms Registry in their plans, meaning that there will still be firearms to register.

The CFR must proven to be working for it to be worth keeping.

Its been 10 years now. How many crimes have been solved by the CFR?

If its more than 0 it would be a lot...

Heading to various archives next week and trying to set up a meeting to getting into SAPS ballistics-forensics archive. I'm approaching this as a masters research studying. Going to chat to my old supervisors at Wits for backing and letters of endorsement for government research.

Rough topic of research is, "The legislative effect on firearms crime: A Social History of Alexandra township."

Hi Pirate, not sure if you've heard, but the last meeting Putin had with Zuma, Zuma asked him if he also enjoyed Chuck Noris's movies.

Putin's answer : 'Chuck Norris ?, I have never heard of that girl.'

I see Solidarity and Afriforum are solidly behind us. We must involve them in this. They are incredibly powerful.
