Hi guys does any one know about this firearm it's a semi auto very strange looking firearm I can't seem to figure out how to cycle it and if anyone knows the worth a friend off mine purchased a gun shop and this was part off the stock inside any info would help me thanks

Google says it is an Argentinian M3 Grease gun.

What caliber is it?

You put your finger in the hole in the left side of the carrier, and pull backwards.
They were imported from Argentina many years ago. As Kayback said, similar to an M3, but in 9mm.
