    Default Dave Sheer Shooting club

Are there any members of this shooting club on GS?I'd like to know why its members get 2 points every time they go to a range for practice and 5 (If I recall) points for a club shoot.

Guess the best answer will come from Dave Sheer Guns?
They do list the club shoot results on their web page

Dave Sheer runs it under the ITA umbrella. Its not associated to any type of shooting style. Its basically up to the club chair person to organise and run shoots

We have the IPSC club on Wednesdays, in conjunction with the Spartan Arms club. Then the social league/club on Tuesdays that isn't for DSS, and then the ITA affiliated DSS club on Thursdays and some weekends.
ITA gives credit for practicing at a range, but you obviously need more overall points than IPSC. So it balances out.
Slade, your club is also ITA?

    Thanks .
It must be the IPSC a that was about to start yesterday.

I must say I'm perturbed that the folks setting up asked why I bother to chrony 9mm rounds, and when I explained that IPSC and IDPA require that rounds make factor he looked at me blankly.
