Black powder alternatives?
Ive had my CVA Wolf for little under 9 months now, and haven't shot it. I pull it out the safe fondle it longingly and put it back and grab my 308 instead every time I go shooting. Its not right. Shooting muzzle loaders is the most fun Ive had shooting period. I cant find black powder here, and when I could it was k@k pricey, a kg costing more than what I got the gun for. The local stuff has long since ceased to be. My question is what ,if any alternatives, are out there. Or if anybody knows of a local explosives manufacturers that we could perhaps ask to make it for those of us that want to shoot our BP guns.

Re: Black powder alturnatives?
I used Sannadex when I had my Pedersoli (quite a while ago) - Try NSN perhaps? (bit out of the way for you - but perhaps they know of somebody in your area)
Good luck - and you are right - it is lots of fun.
