    Default Leatherman MUT

I am considering buying the MUT (non-EOD) in the states. In fact, I am not considering, I am pretty much sold on buying a Leatherman or some other multi tool in the US.

Anyone have any opinions on the MUT? Seems a bit big for EDC, might get a MUT for the range bag and a smaller multitool for EDC. What do you guys think?

way too big for EDC, but incredibly well built.
remember to get the additional screw bits set.

I rent mine out for a can of coke each time someone wants to open something with non-standard screws (HP laptops, pffffft) :)

I only wish it had a dental pick kind of instrument in it for scratching out hard-to-reach places in the AR.

Yeah I am a massive fan of dental picks on my other knives, but for my actual teeth. I also looked at the SOG multitools, they look fantastic, especially the Powerduo for EDC. Very cheap on Amazon too.

My favorite Leatherman for EDC is the Skeletool. I have about 13 and have carried most of them but the Skeletool is by far my favorite to carry.

While you're there, pick up all or at least a few of Leatherman's pocket tools
