New from Colt for 2015 - No Furniture Models

Colt is releasing something interesting for 2015, something that will likely appeal to a number of people.

No furniture models of their LE6920 rifles will be available. Theres will be available in two versions, the LE6920-OEM1 with front sight post and LE6920-OEM2 with a low profile gas block.

We have not been told when they will start shipping, as yet.

This is a great idea, saves on sitting with a bunch of spares at home that you will never use again. Better yet would be if you guys start bringing in upper, lowers and barrels, etc. Let us really do an AR build

I very much doubt it. In the US, anything less than 16" needs a tax stamp or permanently fixed muzzle devise keeping the overall length 16".

I'll put my name down for a OEM2. The pinned, low profile gas block is a nice option.
