Silencer for 308 ?

Hi Guys,

I have a M1500 HOWA .308.

I want to fit it with a silencer. It must however not be too heavy.
1) Any sugestions/recomendations on silencers?
2) Any sugestions/recomendations on who to contact to do the job for
me? (Limpopo, Pta, Jhb, Vaal triangle area)?
3) How long will it take?

Search - I posted about this some time ago.

Imo get the best you can - I can recommend Ase Utra and I use the Northstar model which is a reflex type suppressor so it extends back over the barrel for less forward weight and less added length.

Then get a very good smith to thread the barrel - I can recommend Danie Joubert in Pta because he has done several jobs for me fitting Ase Utra Supressors and he does it very well and very accurately.
