.22 Ammo identification

I bought a box of .22 Short blanks at Bouwer Broers a few months ago. But I doubt that they would work in a semi-auto .22 Pistol. Does your uncle have a semi-auto .22 pistol, or is it a single shot?

Then I suppose that .22 Short / .22 LR blanks would both work in it. Where are you situated? Did you inquire at your local gunstore?
