Help needed with hunting letters.
Good evening all.
I am busy licensing my first hunting rifle and my DFO is insisting that I need two letters from farmers who's property I have hunted on. Unfortunately I do not know any farmers and and have tried explaining that I need the rifle first to go hunting.I have hunted many years ago around Thabazimbi but cannot remember the name of the farm.
So I was hoping a kind farmer or two could perhaps write a letter stating that I would have permission to hunt on there farm once the licence is granted.
Regards
Rich.

Re: Help needed with hunting letters.
Hi Rich,
I'm in the same boat.
If you don't have hunting letters/photo's you need to show intent to hunt. Two invitation letters from farmers to hunt on their farms will also do, or two quotations with your name on it from hunting farms. I'm having trouble with this, most hunting farms won't go trough the trouble of providing such a quote or letter.
I'm seriously considering joining NSA and licencing my 303 under DSS for target shooting. I currently have DSS trough SAPSA, but I don't think there's any of their activities where I can use my 303.
