The magic wand
If I gave you a magic wand and said you have one wish that will come true and it must be related to firearms and directed at a realisable objective, because the wand is no good at trying to figure what it needs to do to make what you want happen. ie you can't wish for all this stuff to go away, the wand has no idea of how to do that.
You need to tell the wand exactly what to do in order to make your wish come true. For example "pave the roads with guns", let it rain guns for 10 days, remove all guns....
What would your wish be?

Change the goverments view on guns to such an extent that the right to own and carry guns makes it into the constitution.
